Classes
Learn the Art of Pottery
2 Hours of muddy fun from 10am to 12pm. Max 6 students. Ages 8 to 14
Kids pottery lessons offer a fun and creative way for children to explore their artistic talents. These classes are designed to be engaging and inclusive, catering to a wide range of age groups.
6-week course
Thursday evenings | 6:00pm – 8:30pm, commencing 10th September
Explore hand-building techniques to create unique ceramic forms using slab, coil, and sculptural methods. All materials supplied.

Professional Kiln Access
Professional Kiln Access: Bisque firing
(1000°C): $10.00 per kilo
We offer bisque and stoneware firing services for ceramic work, with careful processes in place to protect both your pieces and others in the kiln. We have both large and small kilns avaiable and can offer full kiln rate for those production potters.
Professional Kiln Access: Stoneware firing
(1220°C) $12.00 per kilo Cone 6, Glaze
We offer bisque and stoneware firing services for ceramic work, with careful processes in place to protect both your pieces and others in the kiln. We have both large and small kilns avaiable and can offer full kiln rate for those production potters.
FAQs
Firing Guidelines & Requirements

All pieces must be completely dry before drop-off and clearly labelled with your maker’s mark. Please also ensure your storage box is labelled with your full name.

Yes—details of the clay and glazes used must be provided to ensure safe and appropriate firing.

We do not fire:
Wet or damp pieces
Work with glazed bases (the base and 5mm above must be glaze-free)
Pieces containing foreign materials such as paper, wood, or non-refractory metals
Greenware for single firing

If you are using glazes that may run, we recommend using kiln cookies (available on request). These help protect kiln shelves during firing.

While every care is taken, you are responsible for any damage caused by your materials or work. This may include cleaning or replacement costs if kiln shelves or equipment are affected.

Cancellation Policy
Classes & Workshops
We understand that plans can change. If you’re unable to attend a class or workshop, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited toward a future session.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved for you.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces are made to order and require a 50% deposit to begin.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover time, materials, and preparation.
The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to collection or delivery.
